Representation Services
SSD Experts provides disability advocacy services on a contingency basis. Our representatives are paid only if your claim is approved, and only from your back pay award. Fees are regulated by federal law and capped at the SSA-set maximum. No upfront payment is ever required.
Representation agreements will be provided separately and must be signed before active representation begins. Submission of the online questionnaire does not constitute a representation agreement.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. You may receive up to 5 messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of service. Opting out will not affect your eligibility to receive SSDI representation services from SSD Experts.

While we work diligently on behalf of every client, we cannot guarantee approval of any disability claim. SSDI determinations are made solely by the Social Security Administration. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
